Called about a property and spoke to Blair she was extremely helpful and arranged a viewing for me and my wife. When we arrived Blair was already waiting for us and was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the property and area will definitely use black cat again.

After using another letting agent in town and not being happy with the overall expereince, we moved some properties to BlackCat under a fully managed service and have since moved our entire portfolio to them. The team are always on hand to answrr any questions, but in reality, we have little communication (other than catch ups) as they simply deal with everything smoothly and efficiently. We will continue to grow our portfolio under the advice of Wendy, Jill, Max and the rest of the BlackCat team.
