We couldn’t be prouder of Jill Metcalfe who has passed her level 3 award in Residential lettings and property management and is now ARLA qualified.

We were delighted to be awarded Best New Business at the Fenland Enterprise Business Awards for 2015.

Beating three other finalists to the title, the judges said: “Wendy Ferguson and her team from Black Cat Residential displayed a near-perfect way of how to start a business; passion for their industry, knowledge of their customer base and a determination to succeed.
