Well-known local Estate Agent Wendy Ferguson has over 30 years of experience in the Fenland Property Market. Wendy spent 17 years working within a large Corporate Agency in Wisbech where she gained extensive knowledge of property Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Sales Progression. Then for five years, Wendy ran a local independent Agency transforming it from a small Letting Agency into a fully functioning Estate Agency.  This inspired Wendy to set up Black Cat Residential as a fully independent Letting Agents in 2014.  Wendy's knowledge of the local property market is unrivalled and along with her ARLA qualification makes her the go-to person in Wisbech to advise on property Sales and Lettings. As a Landlord herself Wendy understands the importance of maximising the income potential from your property whilst protecting the Landlords long-term investments.  Wendy was delighted to be appointed as the Regional Executive for the East by ARLA Propertymark in 2022.

Jill Metcalfe joined Black Cat in 2017, having spent 21 years working in Customer Service industries, the last 7 of which were for independent Estate Agents in March & Chatteris. Jill has worked in both Sales & Lettings previously so handles Viewings and Property Inspections, as well as Landlord and Tenant enquiries. Jill is fully qualified in deposit retrieval having been trained by the DPS themselves, as well as being ARLA qualified. Jill Lives in March with her family.

Kerry Canham is a very experienced property Agent and specialises in Rent Collection, Arrears, and Deposits. Kerry has gained a lot of experience in Property Marketing, advertising, and promotional work.

Landlords continually come back to us and much of our business is based on referrals mainly due to Kerry’s efficient handling of Landlords' monies. Kerry has a wide knowledge of the obligations placed on Landlords regarding Deposits and is the person to speak to if you need any assistance with any type of deposit query.

Maxine Else started out in Residential Estate Agency for a large corporate Estate Agents over 30 years ago. In 1993 she joined a Land and Agricultural Agents covering Norfolk & Cambridgeshire and then went on to hold a variety of roles in Agricultural Engineering and most recently, Education. Max joined Black Cat in 2015 and completes Inventories, Viewings and Routine Property Inspections, as well as dealing with day-to-day enquiries and property issues. Maxine has a wealth of local knowledge and connections as she was born in Gorefield and has lived in and around the Wisbech area all her life.

Amelia joined the Team in 2023 and has got off to flying start with her property career!  Amelia was born in Kings Lynn and still lives locally with her family.  She has lots of interests including fitness, beauty & fashion.  Amelia has a strong background in a range of Customer Service based positions and has an extended diploma in Health & Social Care.

Daniel joined Black Cat in 2023 after a long career in general maintenance and contract flooring.  Daniel oversees the Maintenance and Repairs, liaises with our sub-contractors and Tenants and monitors repairs and refurbishments.

Victoria has been a great asset to Black Cat since she joined us in 2022 and works during her breaks from University where she is studying Physics with Astro Physics.  (She is extremely clever!)  Victoria was born in Wisbech and has a great knowledge of the local area.  Interestingly Victoria is learning to fly and will soon attain her glider pilot licence.
